Mobility Rocks with Coach Tracy for 15 minutes with the goal of a better day!
11:00 or 11:30 a.m.
Are you stiff and fighting discomfort or pain in your day? Explore light specific movements to decrease pain and increase your range of motion. Everyone welcome and come as you are.
Alternating on Wednesdays – check the current calendar around campus.
Mindfulness with Sharon at 11:00 or 11:30. 15 minutes sessions.
Restorative/Gentle Yoga with Sharon at 11:00 – 11:30 and 15 minutes to eat your lunch afterwards. Please coordinate with your supervisor.
Fruity and Snack Thursdays
Teammates enjoy fresh fruit or healthy snacks every Thursday in designated team areas.

Mindfulness at Work every other Wednesday
15-minute sessions with Sharon Thomas, 500-hour registered Yoga teacher and our onsite de-stress expert. 11:00 or 11:30AM in the CMH Room, Building 10.
