Yoga, Meditation and Stretching with Emily
Certified yoga and meditation teacher Emily Lundy provides weekly yoga classes available to beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. Emily teaches a weekly guided meditation and is available for stretching and breathing breaks, available to the department by request.
Yoga is at noon on Fridays, and Meditation is at 1 p.m. on Wednesdays. Stretching available for you & your co-workers.

On-site gym
Since 2016 the Ft. Lauderdale campus has had a dedicated gym with two areas for workouts, coaching and classes. One room includes two treadmills, a cross trainer a recumbent bike and a variety of weights and other equipment. The gym is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
